PURPOSE: Spunbond nonwoven fabric for a breathable and waterproof property is provided to improve waterproofing, wind shielding and heat insulation of building or structure, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: Spunbond nonwoven fabric for a breathable and waterproof property comprises a long fiber consisting of a polyethylene polymer as a first component in outside, a polyethylene polymer as a second component in inside. In an extruder, the first component is melt, and in another extruder, the second component is melt. Each polymer melted material supplies through a spin pump to radiating beam, and radiates the same through distributor to a nozzle. At that time, the first component locates outside of a composite cross section, and the second component locates inside thereof. The radiating polymer is solidified and elongated. Crystallized fiber by elongation is accumulated on a spin belt to be web-shaped, and then the spunbond nonwoven fabric is manufactured through thermal adhesion and hot air heat setting.
