PURPOSE: A hot forming mold and a hot forming method using the same are provided to rapidly cool heated high-tensile steel by direct spray of cooling fluid at the same time as forming the high-tensile steel. CONSTITUTION: A hot forming mold(600) comprises a lower die(610) on which a work piece(10) is placed, an upper die(620) which is meshed with the lower die to press the work piece, and a cooling unit(630) which directly sprays cooling fluid to the work piece to cool the work piece at the same time as the pressing of the work piece.
