PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for a joint of a reinforcing bar is provided to easily cut a joint of a reinforcing bar by simultaneously rotating a chamfering unit and an outer surface cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus for a joint of a reinforcing bar comprises a chamfering unit(11), an outer surface cutting unit(12), a reinforcing bar fixing unit(21), and a moving unit(22). The chamfering unit is rotated by a drive unit and has a rotary body and one or more cutting blades. The outer surface cutting unit is formed on the chamfering unit in the horizontal direction of a reinforcing bar. The reinforcing bar fixing unit has a fixed die(21a) and a movable die(21b). The movable die is installed in a fixing groove(21d) of the fixed die and pushes the reinforcing bar. The moving unit horizontally moves the movable die.
