A method for transanal one-step polypectomy of large adenomatous rectal polyps provides for one-step electroexcision with the aid of EK-300M1 welding electrocoagulator and bipolar electrosurgical instruments. The tissues are compressed with electrodes; the high-frequency welding current is supplied. Upon the completion of the welding cycle, the compressed tissues is released and cut bloodlessly.
