PURPOSE: An oscillator, a manufacturing method thereof, and an operating method thereof are provided to obtain high output power and suppress a noise by forming a barrier layer with at least one filament between a pinned layer and a free layer. CONSTITUTION: A pinned layer(100) is formed with a fixed magnetization direction. A free layer(200) is separated from the pinned layer. A barrier layer(150) is formed between the pinned layer and the free layer and includes at least one filament(10). A reference layer is separated from the free layer. A separation layer is formed between the free layer and the reference layer.
