<p>An equipment for centering a drop sleeve of a charging car in a coke oven is provided to block exhaust of gas and flame by centering the drop sleeve correspondingly to position of a charging hole, thereby accurately and closely adhering the drop sleeve to a charging hole of the coke oven. An equipment for centering a drop sleeve(60) of a charging car in a coke oven(1) comprises: an external cylinder(30) which extends from an upper portion of the drop sleeve, which has three or more plate-like horizontal sliders(32) fixed to an outer side of an upper portion thereof in a way that the plate-like horizontal sliders are distanced from the center of the external cylinder in the same angle, and which receives a coal hopper extension part(22) extending from a lower end of a coal hopper(20) for storing raw material coal; a support(40) which supports the horizontal sliders so that the horizontal sliders are movable horizontally, and which is vertically moved by a cylinder(12); three or more horizontal cylinders(44) installed on the support to push or pull the external cylinder and distanced from the center of the support in the same angle; a slide gate(70) mounted between the external cylinder and the drop sleeve to open and close a passageway of flue coal; and a control part in which a program is embedded, wherein the program has information on respective positions of charging holes(2) installed on the coke oven and operates the horizontal cylinders by the information on the positions.</p> |
