PURPOSE: A thermo-resistance heating net is provided to offer uniform temperature distribution by arranging an external conductor line as a parallel mode. CONSTITUTION: Warp threads(1) are opened to top and bottom groups. Weft threads(2) are inserted into the warp threads opened by a picking motion. A body supports the weft threads to the front of fabric. A beating motion completes a fibrous tissue of the weft threads and the warp threads. The warp threads are arranged in both side of the fabric. The weft threads are a heating line of a cooling line type consisting of an internal conductive line, a thermo-plastic resin, and an external conductive line. The internal conductive line is one among platinum, copper, nickel. The fabric is coated by electrical insulation materials. |
