APPRATUS OF METAL DECONTAMINATION WITH RECOVERING DECONTAMINATION AGENT SIMULTANEOUSLY, AND THE METHOD OF DECONTAMINATION THEREBY

PURPOSE: An integrated metal decontamination apparatus and a decontamination method using the same are provided to shorten decontamination time by performing decontamination of metal and regeneration of reagents for decontamination in one reaction bath. CONSTITUTION: Reagents for decontamination are dipped in a reaction bath(1). The top of the reaction bath is opened. An implantation part(2) of the reagents for decontamination is included in the upper side of the reaction bath. A collecting part(3) of the reagents for decontamination is located within the reagents for decontamination. A temperatures controller(4) controls temperatures within the reaction bath. An ozone injection part(5) injects ozone within the reaction bath. A gas collecting part collects reaction gas. An ozone generator is connected to an ozone injecting hole. A recovery pump of reagents for decontamination collects the reagents for decontamination which are regenerated. A reaction bath cover(7) closes the upper side of the reaction bath.
