SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CHECKING ACCURACY OF TRUE-ORTHOIMAGE USING DIGITAL MAP

PURPOSE: A system and a method for checking true ortho-image are provided to automatically detect a true ortho-image without detecting the accuracy of a true ortho-image. CONSTITUTION: A true-orthoimage processing unit(1001) generates a building side shape in a building texture image. A comparison and decision unit(1004) calculates an area of a building in an authorized digital map of a digital map input unit(1003). The comparison and decision unit compares the area about the same building. An error display unit(1005) displays a comparison decision result.
