PURPOSE: A precast concrete retaining wall and a construction method thereof are provided to enhance structural strength by integrally manufacturing the wall and rear base of a concrete retaining wall in a factory. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a precast concrete retaining wall is as follows. An L-shaped precast retaining wall structure, which is integrally manufactured and transported in a factory, is placed on basic concrete and leveling aggregate. A front base is connected to a buried coupler by a PS steel bar. A high-elasticity spacer is installed so that the front base maintains a gap from the front of the L-shaped precast retaining wall structure. Shrinkage compensating mortar is filled in a space. The head of the PS steel bar hexagonally processed by torque wrench rotates to make the PS steel bar tense. |
