FABRICATION METHOD OF SOLAR CELL AND SOLAR CELL FABRICATION BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve sunlight light accepting capability by omitting a phosphor silicate glass elimination process and an edge isolation process and expanding a p-n junction area. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline silicon substrate(11) is prepared. An amorphous silicon layer(12) in which impurities are doped is evaporated on the crystalline silicon substrate by using a CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) method. The crystalline silicon substrate in which the amorphous silicon layer is evaporated is annealed. The impurities are diffused to the crystalline silicon substrate by annealing and an emitter(13) is formed. The amorphous silicon layer in which the impurities consecutively get out is changed into a reflection barrier layer(15).
