A torsion device includes a bed, a two-level frame, working cup, drive of vertical load, torsion mechanism that consists of traction device and control and registration device. The traction device includes a motor with control unit that is fixed on the bed and is connected by flexible wire through traction mechanism fit to the shaft of the motor and a beam - to the lower block of the working cup through a pulley by means of a pair of flexible con-rods one of which goes through the guide roller. The flexible con-rods are connected to force sensors fixed at the ends of the beam and connected to the control unit of the engine through a control and registration device, and measuring devices for compression deformation and value of vertical load. The device is equipped with a lower bed on which vibratory mechanism is installed, this consists of a stepping motor of vibration on the shaft of which a three-cam vibrator is fixed in two support bearings. |
