摘要 A method for forming lead-acid accumulators using water cooling consists of the following stages: accumulators or accumulator batteries are collected into groups, poured with electrolyte, after settling it is formed using direct and/or pulse current during four stages. At the first stage through the accumulators DC is passed during 5-20 min, which does not exceed 0.02 of Caccumulator nominal capacity; than current value is increased to 0.3-0.7 C;at the second stage DC of 0.3-0.7 Cis passed through the accumulators during 0.5-3 hours; at the third stage current value is decreased to 0.1-0.2 Cduring 0.5-2 hours; at the fourth stage additionally 0.1-0.2 Ccurrent is passed through the accumulators during 5-10 hours. During process of the accumulator formation, through every accumulator and a common tank with electrolyte a forming electrolyte of 1.05-1.20 g/cmdensity is pumped at 96-2400 ml/min circulation rate, which for 0.5-2.0 hours before end of formation procedure is substituted with the electrolyte with operating density of 1.26-1.31 g/cm. The electrolyte of operating density is pumped in the same manner – at the same rate, all pumped electrolyte is cooled in the tank, and in the end of the formation procedure the electrolyte of operating density is left. The technical result is the increase of manufacturing rate of positive electrolytes and the decrease of dispersion of electrolyte density and accumulators electric characteristics. Utility quality: accumulator capacity increase, standardization of technical characteristics thereof.
