PURPOSE: An electronic payment method using the storage medium of a portable smart apparatus is provided to improve the convenience of a user by enabling a user to easily pay a payment through a credit card or credit transfer through a portable smart apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A portable smart apparatus receives payment request information from a payment relay server(320). The portable smart apparatus receives a payment password(330). A payment means stored in the portable smart apparatus is selected(350). The selected payment means information is transmitted to the payment relay server(370).
