PURPOSE: A car seat and a method of manufacturing a car seat are provided to enable the cushioning of a passenger to be doubled since polyurethane is not permeated a pocket spring, so elasticity of the pocket spring is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a car seat is as follows. A mold with a shape of a cushion pad(30) is prepared. A pocket spring(20) is arranged in the mold. Polyurethane is injected into the mold. The polyurethane injected into the mold is foaming-processed. A cushion pad made of the foaming-processed polyurethane is separated from the mold.
