The device (10) has a hollow rotary body (20) housing hydraulic components i.e. check valves (30). The hydraulic components are assembled in parallel between an axial inlet (26A) and a radial outlet (26B) of the body, while authorizing the passage of oil along a given flowrate, such that flowrates of the hydraulic components are increased across the body between the inlet and the outlet with respect to sum of the flowrates of the hydraulic components. Each hydraulic component has a same flowrate of oil passage.
