METHOD FOR PRODUCING DUCK PILL AND MEAT AND BONE JUICE OF DUCK CONTAINING ERIOBOTRYA JAPONICA AND DENDROPANAX MORBIFERA

PURPOSE: A producing method of a duck pill and a duck meat and bone extract containing eriobotrya japonica and dendropanax morbifera is provided to remove the unique bad smell from duck meat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a duck pill comprises the following steps: washing sulfur fed duck and regular duck with bedrock groundwater, and grinding the duck with garlic before boiling and roasting; washing and sterilize-drying eriobotrya japonica and dendropanax morbifera to obtain powder; mixing the duck, the eriobotrya japonica powder, the dendropanax morbifera powder, and turmeric powder; extruding the obtained dough into a thin and long shape; cutting the extruded dough into 8-12mm to obtain the pills; and drying the pills using warm air at 50-60 deg C.
