PURPOSE: An unauthorized control preventing method and a system thereof are provided to prevent hacking through an unauthorized control by preventing unauthorized control through the input of a touch screen when there is an error within a main body. CONSTITUTION: An error message monitor(111) monitors the generation of an error message. If the error message is sensed, a control unit(115) deactivates a touch screen input function of a screen. The control unit transmits error message information and system image information to a management server(200).
