PURPOSE: A website operation system having variable menu UI and an operation method thereof are provided to rapidly search for desired content by displaying various kinds of contents as various menu UI. CONSTITUTION: If a user terminal connects a website, a webpage generating unit(110) generates a webpage. A frame interface generating unit(120) generates a frame interface and maintains the type of the frame interface. A variable menu UI(User Interface) generating unit(130) generates top and middle menu buttons.
