PURPOSE: A mesh type multiplex remote monitoring control board is provided to rapidly replace a faulty facility by not physically connecting the facility with other various devices. CONSTITUTION: A situation room(210) is connected to a web server and a database server. A plurality of field devices(230) arranges a first wireless duplex mesh network(260). A plurality of remote controllers(220) arranges a second wireless duplex mesh network(250). A third wireless duplex mesh network(240) is arranged between the situation room and a remote controller. A control panel comprises a plurality of remote controllers and field controllers for controlling the field devices.
