The tricycle (1) has rear wheels (12) mounted at rear of a frame (2) and front wheels (18) mounted on two sides of a load bearing structure (14) e.g. plate. A connecting tube (15) connects the frame with the structure. The structure is mounted to pivot on the tube. The frame has a linkage formed of a connecting rod (28), a rod (29) and ball joints (30, 31) mounted between the stem and a fixing plate on the structure distinct from connection of the structure with the tube. The linkage pivots the structure relative to the tube for rotating the tricycle during actuation of a handlebar holder (5).
