PURPOSE: A moisture or frost removing device from the window of a vehicle is provided to easily remove frost or moisture from window by irradiating infrared rays to the window with a small infrared heater. CONSTITUTION: A moisture or frost removing device from the window of a vehicle comprises an infrared heater(110). The infrared heater comprises a body, a reflective member, and an infrared lamp. The body is installed adjacent to the lower part of window(300) in a vehicle. A part of the body, on which the window is formed, is opened. The reflective member is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the body. The infrared lamp is arranged in the reflective member.
