PURPOSE: A fruit extract prepared by hydrolysis of fruits is provided to contain a large amount of organic acid and to promote skin cell activity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains fruit-crushed materials with 85% or more of moisture and 7 Brix or more of sweetness, and 25 ug/g of organic acid with enhanced oxalic acid and malic acid. The cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.0001-30 wt% of fruit extract and remaining amount of cosmetic base.
