PURPOSE: A trap device for preventing flame of an internal combustion engine is provided to prevent an O-ring from being separated by forming hanging protrusions in an O-ring joint and the inner and outer surfaces of the O-ring. CONSTITUTION: A trap device for preventing flame of an internal combustion engine comprises a main sheet(10), an upper sheet, a disk, a coil spring, and an O-ring(70) with a circular cross section. The main sheet is coupled to the opening of a crankcase. The upper sheet is coupled to the top of the main sheet through a support bolt. The disk is coupled to the opening of the crankcase. The coil spring is inserted between the disk and the upper sheet in order to support the disk. The O-ring is coupled to an O-ring joint(12) formed on the top of the main sheet and is in contact with the bottom surface of the disk. |
