METHOD FOR PRODUCING ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY HONEY BY ADMINISTERING FUNCTIONAL MATERIAL EXTRACT TO HONEYBEE AND ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY HONEY PRODUCED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: Environmentally-friendly honey, and a producing method thereof using a functional ingredient extract are provided to improve the immunity of honey bees by feeding the functional ingredient extract to the bees. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of environmentally-friendly honey comprises the following steps: breeding a queen bee before raising the queen bee in an egg-laying and infant-rearing room, and installing 6-10 vacant bee comb for collecting honey; collecting the honey from the bee comb collected from acacia flowers after 1-3 days; opening a cover of a honey container for promoting the moisture evaporation and the hexose conversion of the honey, and aging the obtained acacia honey for 6-8 hours before homogenizing the honey for 20-40 minutes and concentrating; and inserting a functional ingredient extract and the honey into a centrifuge honey collector, and mixing for 20-40 minutes.
