PURPOSE: Patties for producing anchovy burgers, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer abundant amount of calcium in anchovies to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of patties for producing anchovy burgers comprises the following steps: grinding anchovies with bones; mixing 40-45% of ground anchovy, 25-30% of flour, 7-10% of perilla leaves, 5-7% of onion, 5-7% of cheongyang capsicum annuum, and 5-7% of shallot; and adding garlic and black pepper powder into the mixture before seasoning the mixture with salt.
