PURPOSE: A floating type rainwater treating apparatus is provided to improve the general purpose characteristic of the apparatus and to be installed regardless of the position of installations. CONSTITUTION: A floating type rainwater treating apparatus includes a cylindrical pump chamber(10), a pump, a frame(20), a floating body(30), a treated water transferring pipe, a filter container(40), and a bottom member(50). The upper side of the pump chamber is opened, and the lower side of the pump chamber is closed. A plurality of through holes is formed at the lateral side of the pump chamber. The floating body is installed at the frame. The bottom member is installed to block the bottom side between the filter container and the pump chamber. Treating water is filtered by passing through the filtering container, and treated water is introduced into the pump chamber through the through holes of the pump chamber.
