PURPOSE: An uplink data transmission control method and control apparatus therefor are provided to solve the degradation problem of throughput by analyzing the overflow of uplink data. CONSTITUTION: A modem processor(320) determines the overflow of uplink data. The modem processor transmits a socket suspending signal to an application processor(310) in order to stop the transmission of uplink data. The application processor suspends a socket according to the socket suspending signal. The application processor suspends the transmission of the uplink data.
