PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus of a wireless modem is provided to supply voltages including an optimized voltage level to a power amplifier according to current temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(220) amplifies a transmission signal. An integrated device(210) supplies driving voltages to the power amplifier by boosting the voltages. A modem unit(250) modulates the transmission signal. The modem unit modulates a reception signal. The modem unit detects current temperatures. The modem unit creates a control signal according to the detected current temperature. The modem unit controls the voltage level of the voltage boosted by the integrated device. |
