ORGANIC SOLAR CELLS WITH DYE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell including a charge transport layer with dye is provided to easily transfer holes to a first electrode with a high work function by forming a dye absorption charge transport layer with dye between the first electrode and a photoactive layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(101) faces a second electrode(105). A photoactive layer(103) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A dye absorption charge transport layer(102) is formed between the first electrode and the photoactive layer. The dye absorption charge transport layer includes the dye and p type metal oxide. An electron transport layer is formed between the second electrode and the photoactive layer.
