A method for preparing the granule for a honey ginger tea, and the granule prepared by the method are provided to improve the convenience of carrying and storage. A method for preparing the granule for a honey ginger tea comprises the steps of stirring water and the diluted solution with 38-42 % alcohol in a ratio of 1:0.05 by weight to prepare an extraction solvent; mixing the extraction solvent and the washed ginger in a ratio of 5:1 by weight and heating it at 100 deg.C for 24 hours to prepare a ginger extract; concentrating the ginger extract by heating it at 90 deg.C for 5-6 hours to obtain a ginger resin of 50 % solid content; mixing the ginger resin and honey in a ratio of 1:2 by weight; mixing the obtained mixture with glucose in a ratio of 1:9 by weight; granulating the obtained mixture; drying the obtained granule to a water content of 10 % or less; and packaging the dried granule. |
