PURPOSE: A surface shape heating body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure electrical safety by suppressing excessive heat generation due to electrical resistance, thereby reducing risk factors such as a fire outbreak and etc. CONSTITUTION: A first film(10) and a second film(70) utilizes a film made of a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) material. A first adhesive layer(20) and a second adhesive layer(60) respectively attaches the first film and the second film on both lateral surfaces of a heating layer(50). A copper wire(30) is functioned as an electrode conductor for applying electricity. A silver layer(40) blocks direct contact between the surface of the copper wire and the heating layer. The heating layer includes nano-particles of carbon. |
