PURPOSE: An LED lamp cooling apparatus and an LED lamp are provided to laminate at least two or more evaporator at a groove of a pin typed heat insulating plate, thereby enhancing the cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A small compressor(10) compresses a refrigerant collected from a evaporator(70) at a high temperature and high pressure. A condenser(30) condenses the refrigerant received from the small compressor. The condenser is formed into an air cooled condenser. An expansion valve(50) expands the condensed refrigerant. |
