The method for biosynthesis of phosphatidylserine by chinese cabbage phospholipase D from egg yolk phospholipid

A method for biosynthesizing a phosphatidylserine is provided to reduce the amount of adsorbent and inactivation of enzyme and biosynthesize the phosphatidylserine with high concentration and reaction efficiency. A method for biosynthesizing a phosphatidylserine comprises: a step of saturating 30-40% of L-serine based on the mass of calcium solution; a step of mixing a silica gel in egg phospholipid solution; a step of resolving 20-100 g/L of egg phospholipid; a step of mixing a phospholipase D(PLD) and stirring at 300-600rpm and astep of extracting phospholipid with ethanol-acetic acid-water and purifying phosphatidylserine from the phospholipid.
