PURPOSE: A touch sensing device and an access sensing method thereof are provided to generate the location of an object in an 3D access sensing area by using first and second access sensing electrode arrays. CONSTITUTION: An access sensing electrode unit(110) includes first and second access sensing electrode arrays. A power supply unit(130) supplies a voltage to the first and second access sensing electrode arrays. A signal generating unit(140) is formed between the first and second access sensing electrode arrays. An information generating unit(150) generates contact information corresponding to the access sensing signal.
