The device has belts placed around a rigid support (S). A double stabilizing unit stabilizes the head of a user in sitting or lying position, and stabilizes a cushion (1) placed around the support by a fabric strip (2). Buttons of the belts are placed around the support using Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener). A stretchable band (3) is arranged in front of the user head so as to maintain the user head on the support.
