<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling lubricating method in the cold rolling for a metal strip capable of preventing occurrences of heat scratch and slip. <P>SOLUTION: In the rolling lubricating method in the cold rolling, a metal strip S is rolled, while supplying a low-concentration emulsion rolling lubricating oil L circulated and supplied to the metal strip S at an entry side of a cold rolling machine 1. An emulsion rolling lubricating oil having a higher concentration than that of the low-concentration emulsion lubricating oil L, or an undiluted solution H of the low-concentration emulsion oil is cooled by a cooling medium, is solidified into the solid powder-like particles, and is supplied to the metal strip S at the entry side of the rolling machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
