<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self POS system which is easily installed in a small store, realizes suppression of steep increase in labor cost and miniaturization of an installation space, and is improved in operability for a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A self POS system 1 for trading commodities comprises a body having a receipt printer 6, a fixed scanner 7 and a multi-reader 8, and a display unit 4 provided above the body.
