The screw rotors (1) and thread segments (2) are arranged so as to form a linear motor. The stator magnets (3) and lifting magnets (4) are positioned in the filament of thread segments. The screw rotors are rotated in contact state by traveling magnetic field of stator magnets. A frame (5) that mounts screw rotor is fixedly connected to lift cage (6) which is raised and lowered by the rotation of screw rotors.
