PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a display device including the same are provided to increase static electricity vulnerability of a connectivity pattern by separating a metal pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first sensing cell(132) is arranged on the transparent substrate according to the first direction. A first connection pattern(134) connects the adjacent first sensing cell. A second sensing cell(142) is separated from the first sensing cell and is arranged on the transparent substrate. A second connection pattern(144) connects the second sensing cell. The first connection pattern includes metal patterns(136) and dummy transparent patterns.
