PURPOSE: A method for automatically setting destination on a navigation system and a recording media therefor are provided to enable a driver to rapidly input a destination to a navigation system while driving. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically setting destination on a navigation system is as follows. A test message is received from a cellular phone through Bluetooth communications(S201). The type of the received test message is confirmed. If the message contains address information(S202), destination information is extracted from the message(S205). A destination is extracted by searching candidate destinations based on the extracted destination information(S207). After the destination is extracted, an auto-setting button is activated(S208).
