Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the polymer substrate comprising producing a polymer layer (110a) using a polymeric material and heating the polymer layer at a temperature above 350[deg] C; and (2) a flat panel display device comprising the polymer substrate and an electronic device, which is arranged on the polymer substrate. |
