PURPOSE: A single transparent electromagnet film and a fabrication method thereof are provided to supply high yield and profitability by performing a photo lithography process using a transparent conductive film on an upper a single transparent film. CONSTITUTION: A transparent insulating layer and a transparent insulating film(104) are respectively formed on an upper and lower of a transparent film(100). A transparent electrode of a rotating spiral shape is formed on the upper of the insulating layer. The transparent insulating film is formed on the upper part of a lower transparent electrode excluding an inter-layer transparent electrode connection part in the center. A transparent electrode(105b) of a left rotating spiral shape is electrically connected to the transparent electrode of the rotating spiral shape through the inter-layer transparent electrode connection part in the center on the upper part of the insulating layer. A protective insulating film is formed on the upper part of the transparent electrode of the rotating spiral shape.
