<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge and an image forming apparatus which are capable of preventing a leakage of toner during transportation and reducing a torque needed for a movement of a shutter. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter cover 71 is disposed to hold a shutter 77 between the shutter cover 71 and a housing 51. In the state in which the shutter 77 is in a closing position, that is, a toner seal 66 is interposed between the housing 51 and the shutter 77, the shutter cover 71 can move between a first position where a compression amount of the toner seal 66 is relatively small and a second position where the compression amount of the toner seal 66 is relatively large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
