PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive use of a credit card or the like without impairing the convenience of card settlement and to improve satisfaction of a user by effectively using the card settlement.

SOLUTION: A commodity purchase support device 130 is configured to: extract identification information of a user falling under a transmission timing condition based on a transmission timing condition database 800; acquire a use history of a card associated with the identification information of the extracted user based on a card use history database 700; acquire commodity information delivered to the extracted user from a server computer 120; extract commodity information falling under a transmission item condition associated with the identification information of the user out of the commodity information acquired from the server computer 120, based on a transmission item condition database 900; and transmit notification information including at least one of the extracted commodity information to a terminal device of the user specified by the user's identification information falling under the transmission time condition.
