<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a server which distributes applications to users to present recommended applications to them, taking into account their skill levels. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution server includes a reception part for receiving use history information indicating application use history from a plurality of users, a skill level calculation part for calculating the skill level of each of the users having a specified application from the use history information, an application determination part for classifying the users having the specified application into two or more groups according to each skill level and determining the correspondence relation for making the specified application correspond to one of the groups, a filtering part for determining applications corresponding to a group to which the specified users belong, based on the corresponding relation and then determining a recommended application for the specified users, and a transmission part for transmitting a recommendation signal for recommending the application that the filtering part determines is recommended to the specified users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
