<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating resistor type air flow measurement device that has high measurement precision even in the presence of a pulsating flow by suppressing an influence of a separation vortex, generated near a sub air passage exit part of a sub air passage, on air flow rate measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A heating resistor type air flow measurement device 100 of the present invention suppresses entry of the separation vortex, generated downstream in a downflow direction of a sub air passage constitution part 205, into a sub air passage 202 from a sub air passage exit part 204 by notching a flow passage wall (cover member) 206 of the sub air passage exit part 204 to make a part of the sub air passage exit part 204 open toward a direction orthogonal to the downflow direction of the main air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
