<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take over a program execution in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: When a second information processor 01b is in an unoperated state, a general-purpose register 02b of the second information processor 01b takes in contents on a transfer path 02p. A program counter 03b and a program status word register 04b respectively take in corresponding contents on a transfer path 03p.
