<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road rail working vehicle, configured so that turning operation can be safely performed by horizontally lifting up the road railer with a center-of-gravity position in the longitudinal direction as the center without tilting a turntable. <P>SOLUTION: In the road rail working vehicle 1, a vehicle body 2 is lifted up by the turntable 13 while maintaining a horizontal attitude, and the turntable 13 is slidable in the vehicle body longitudinal direction by a slide mechanism 14 while maintaining a vertical attitude. When the center-of-gravity position in the vehicle body longitudinal direction is estimated to be located on the rear side (platform side) based on the loading state of a platform 4, the turntable 13 is slid to the rear side of the body by the slide mechanism 14, and then protruded to lift up the vehicle body 2. The vehicle body is horizontally lifted up by the turntable 13 at the center-of-gravity position in the vehicle body longitudinal direction or at a position close to the center-of-gravity position.
