<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely mount solar cells and prevent electrical connection failures. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell module 1, solar cells 4 are placed between a panel 2 and a back sheet 9. The solar cells 4 are sandwiched by a lower sealing material 7 and an upper sealing material 8 to be sealed. Circuit layers 5, each of which has a circuit pattern, are placed on an insulation base material 3 provided on the back sheet 9. Conductive connection materials 13 are attached to electrodes of the circuit layers 5. A recessed part for a cell, which fits into the solar cell 4, is formed on a surface of the lower sealing material 7, and recessed parts for connection materials, each of which fits into the conductive connection material 13, are formed on its back surface.
